About the network

Isle of Man Company Formations reviews initial client requirements and identifies providers that may be relevant based on factors including required services, sector experience, jurisdictions, client profile and provider acceptance criteria.

Submitting an application does not guarantee inclusion in the network or receipt of enquiries. Every applicant is reviewed and vetted before joining the network. Provider information will be verified as part of the review process.

Participation is limited to providers whose regulatory status and relevant permissions can be verified. Any claimed licensing exemption must be evidenced and reviewed before approval.
Approved providers will be required to agree commercial referral terms before receiving enquiries. The introduction service is free for prospective clients, and your own fees are agreed directly with them.

Who can apply?

Applications are open to Isle of Man FSA-licensed providers holding Class 4 permissions only, Class 5 permissions only, or both Class 4 and Class 5 permissions. Providers claiming an applicable licensing exemption may also apply; the exemption basis must be stated.
