Through the CSP enquiry form, we collect: full name; email address; telephone number, if provided; country of residence; proposed business activity; reason for considering an Isle of Man company; main countries connected to the business; services required; expected annual CSP service budget; preferred timeframe, if provided; any additional information you choose to provide; and your privacy and information-sharing confirmations.

Through the provider application form, we collect business and contact information provided by Isle of Man Corporate Service Providers expressing interest in participating in the introduction network.

We may also collect technical data including IP addresses, browser type and pages visited, through cookies and analytics tools. See the Cookie Policy for further information.

3. Purposes and Lawful Bases

We process personal information for the following purposes:

• Reviewing enquiries — to assess requirements and determine whether an introduction to a relevant Isle of Man CSP may be appropriate. Lawful basis: consent (given through the enquiry form).
• Sharing with selected CSPs — to facilitate introductions with your consent. Lawful basis: consent.
• Operating the provider network — to review and manage CSP applications. Lawful basis: legitimate interests of Harbour North Digital Limited in developing and managing its provider network.
• Website analytics and advertising measurement — to understand how the website is used, how visitors reach it, and to measure the performance of advertising campaigns using Google Ads (Google tag / gtag.js, ID: AW-18374859646). Advertising and measurement cookies are non-essential and are not activated before you give your consent. This website uses Google Consent Mode: until you consent, advertising and measurement storage remain denied and the Google tag operates in a cookieless mode.   When you visit the website, the following information may be recorded: the original landing page; the referring page or website; UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content parameters; available Google Ads attribution identifiers, including GCLID, WBRAID and GBRAID; and your relevant cookie and measurement-consent choices. This information may be stored with the internal enquiry record and included in the internal notification email generated when a form is submitted, so that Harbour North Digital Limited can assess enquiries by campaign, keyword, source and landing page. Advertising identifiers and attribution information are only collected, stored or used where legally permitted and consistently with your consent choices.

  Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, business descriptions and other enquiry answers are not transmitted to Google Analytics or Google Ads as event parameters.

4. Sharing Information with CSPs

Where you consent, enquiry information will be shared with an Isle of Man Corporate Service Provider for the purpose of allowing them to consider your requirements. Providers are third parties and will process your information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We will not share your information with any provider without your consent.

5. Third-Party Processors

We use the following categories of third-party processor to operate this website. Each processor acts only on our instructions and is subject to contractual data protection obligations:

• Hosting provider — provides the web server infrastructure on which this website runs. Your visits and any form submissions pass through this infrastructure.
• Database storage provider — stores enquiry and application records submitted through the website's forms. Data is retained on servers operated or sub-contracted by this provider.
• Email delivery provider — used to transmit notification emails generated when a form is submitted. Email content includes the information you have submitted.
• Google LLC (Google Ads / Google tag) — where you consent to advertising and measurement cookies, Google may receive information about your visit including page URLs visited, device and browser identifiers, and IP address. 6. International Transfers

This website is operated from the Isle of Man. Information shared with CSPs will be shared with Isle of Man-based providers unless otherwise stated.

Where a processor operates infrastructure outside the Isle of Man or the United Kingdom, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place — such as standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy decision — before any transfer takes place, in accordance with Isle of Man data protection law.

7. Retention Periods

Enquiry information will be retained for 24 months from submission, or for a shorter period if the enquiry is withdrawn before an introduction has been facilitated. Provider application information will be retained for 24 months from submission. Technical and analytics data is retained for shorter periods in accordance with the relevant tool's default settings.

Information is securely deleted or anonymised when the applicable retention period expires.

8. Information Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. These measures include access controls, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), and server-level security provided by our hosting infrastructure. No transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to us.
