Isle of Man Company Formations reviews information supplied by prospective clients before determining whether an introduction to an Isle of Man Corporate Service Provider may be appropriate.

Neither Isle of Man Company Formations nor Harbour North Digital Limited is a corporate service provider, registered agent, registered office provider, fiduciary services firm, law firm, tax adviser, accountant, bank or regulated financial services provider.

2. Nature of the Service

The service provided through this website is an introduction service. Isle of Man Company Formations does not provide regulated corporate or trust services. Regulated services are provided directly by the CSP ultimately engaged by the client. We do not form or administer companies, hold assets, or act as a registered agent or registered office provider.

Each CSP conducts its own client onboarding and customer due diligence. CSPs determine their own fees and whether to accept a particular engagement. Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee that an introduction will be made. An introduction does not guarantee that a CSP will accept the engagement.

Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, regulatory or investment advice. Users should obtain independent professional advice appropriate to their circumstances.

3. Independent Third-Party Providers

Corporate service providers introduced through this website are third parties. Harbour North Digital Limited does not employ, control, supervise, endorse or guarantee the services of any provider. An introduction does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.

Users must assess the suitability, regulatory status, fees, terms and professional standing of any provider before appointing it.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that a suitable provider will be identified, that a provider will accept the proposal, that a company will be formed, or that a bank account will be opened. Every provider applies its own acceptance criteria, due diligence and risk assessment.

5. Fee and Commission Disclosure

Our introduction service is free for prospective clients. Where an introduction results in a successful engagement, Isle of Man Company Formations may receive a referral fee or commission from the Corporate Service Provider.

CSPs independently determine their fees, conduct their own due diligence and decide whether to accept an engagement. Any fees for company formation, administration or other professional services are agreed directly between you and the CSP. Harbour North Digital Limited is not a party to any such agreement.

6. Website Design and Digital Services

Harbour North Digital Limited also offers website design, hosting and management services. These are entirely separate services from the CSP introduction service described in these terms and are subject to separate engagement terms and pricing agreed directly with Harbour North Digital Limited.

Where a user has indicated an interest in website services through the enquiry form, Harbour North Digital Limited may use that contact information to respond about those separate services. Any subsequent engagement for website services will be governed by distinct terms of service provided at that time and will not be subject to these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation or other mandatory statutory provisions.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, Harbour North Digital Limited is not responsible for services delivered by providers or for any loss, damage or expense arising from reliance on information published on this website. Nothing on this website is an assurance of tax treatment, banking approval, confidentiality, anonymity, regulatory approval or any other outcome.
