Our Vetted Partner Network

Each Corporate Service Provider accepted into the introduction network is vetted by Harbour North Digital Limited beforehand. Our checks include verifying the provider's legal identity, Isle of Man regulatory status, relevant licence permissions, services, experience, accepted sectors and client criteria.

We only facilitate introductions to providers that have been accepted following this vetting. Regulatory status should also be checked against the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority register before an introduction is made.

Independent Partners

Our partners are third-party firms. The term 'partner' describes their participation in our provider network. It does not create a legal partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship with Harbour North Digital Limited.

Fee and Commission Disclosure

Our introduction service is free for prospective clients. Where an introduction results in a successful engagement, Isle of Man Company Formations may receive a referral fee or commission from the Corporate Service Provider. CSPs independently determine their fees, conduct their own due diligence and decide whether to accept an engagement. Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee that an introduction will be made, and an introduction does not guarantee that a CSP will accept an engagement. Each CSP conducts its own onboarding, customer due diligence and AML/CFT checks, determines its own fees, and decides whether to accept an engagement. Nothing on this website is legal, tax, investment or regulatory advice. Any fees for company formation, administration or other professional services are agreed directly between you and the CSP.

Scope of Our Vetting

Vetting helps determine whether a provider is suitable to participate in the network, but it is not a guarantee of future conduct, service quality, financial position, client acceptance or results.

Each partner remains responsible for:

• Its regulatory compliance
• Customer due diligence
• Risk assessment
• Client acceptance
• Fees and engagement terms
• Services supplied to the client

Verifying Regulatory Status

Clients should review the partner's proposal, regulatory permissions, fees and engagement terms before appointment. You can verify a provider's regulatory status directly with the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority register.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation or other mandatory statutory provisions.

Subject to the preceding paragraph, Harbour North Digital Limited accepts no liability for services provided by, or the conduct of, any partner introduced through this website. Any dispute arising from a partner's services is a matter between the user and the partner.
