We Make the Introduction
With your consent, we introduce you to selected providers or share the relevant enquiry information with them.
You Decide Whether to Proceed
You review the provider's services, fees, regulatory status and engagement terms before deciding whether to appoint it.
Every provider conducts its own customer due diligence, risk assessment, pricing and acceptance process. An introduction does not guarantee acceptance, an outcome or the availability of any particular service.

Fee and commission disclosure
How We Are Paid
Our introduction service is free for prospective clients. Where an introduction results in a successful engagement, Isle of Man Company Formations may receive a referral fee or commission from the Corporate Service Provider.
CSPs independently determine their fees, conduct their own due diligence and decide whether to accept an engagement.
Any fees for company formation, administration or other professional services are agreed directly between you and the CSP.

About the provider network
Trust and Corporate Service Providers
Providers introduced through this website hold Isle of Man Financial Services Authority Class 4 or Class 5 licences. These licences are issued to individual providers and do not guarantee that every provider offers every service. Each provider conducts its own assessment of your requirements and decides whether to accept your enquiry.

How we describe the provider network
Isle of Man Company Formations is an introduction service, not a Corporate Service Provider.
The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority issues Class 4 Corporate Services and Class 5 Trust Services licences within the trust and corporate service provider sector. Individual providers may hold one or both classes of licence, and licences may be subject to conditions. Prospective clients should verify a provider’s current licence status and permissions using the IOMFSA register of licenceholders.
Not every provider offers trust services, and not every provider offers every type of corporate service. On this website we use “CSP” as a general term for Isle of Man Corporate Service Providers, and refer to specific licence classes where the distinction matters.
